OpenBSD Europe took over the main distribution of OpenBSD products in October 2014.
As with any transactional web site, problems can and do occur - we aim to reply to all enquiries in less than 12 hours; if we can help, we will. When we make mistakes on shipping then please be sympathetic; for the main releases we post out around 700-800 orders in a two day period!

Can I wire you the money? I would rather not pay by card...
Yes. Just select 'Faster Payment' on checkout. Our details are shown on the payment page and the order confirmation, however if you can't access these then our Account details are:

How is my card handled?
Currently all credit card/debit card transactions are handled through Medoc, and this is the name that will display on your statement. You can rest assured they are safe. We never view any of your card details and we have no access to them. Medoc, who host and manage this site, is PCI-DSS Level 1 Hosting Compliant.
Why is my card is being declined?
We have had numerous instances of US cards (Bank of America in particular) decling transactions, simply because you are ordering from a company outside of the USA... we're really sorry, but we can't do anything about this. We've also had reports of the same cards being declined if you try to pay us by PayPal too. The advice on the web is for you to contact the bank before you try to buy. If you do have problems, then let us know, and we will do our best to find a way of you getting your order!
My address doesn't 'fit' your format!
Don't worry if your address doesn't quite follow the formatting of our layout, simply enter the address in the closest match, and we will ensure the delivery document has the correct format.
Why can't you have a simple form for us to fill in...?
Well, of course if you really don't like the site that's fine, but let's not make the Project lose out.... Simply send us an email with your name, address, telephone number, the items you want, and how you would like to pay including the currency. We will process the order for you, and email you with the full order, and how to pay. If you wish we can contact you by telephone for card payments. PS Our emails are sent in both HTML and plain text format!!
Do prices include VAT?
All GBP and EUR prices include VAT, however if you are ordering from outside of the EU zone, or have a EU VAT code, then VAT is automatically deducted on the Payment page.
Please make sure that you select 'Rest of the World' or 'EU VAT' as your Area when you register, in order for the VAT to be deducted.
Do you offer insurance/tracking?
Yes. You can select this during checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
Costs are accurately calculated upon checkout based on the weight and delivery location. No profit is made.
What are your returns policy?

How are the CD sets packaged?
All CDs are packaged in a secure 'Jiffy' envelope. All products are shipped in secure, high quality packaging.

When will I hear from you regarding PRE-ORDERS?
We dispatch pre-orders to ensure that you receive your CD and any associated products a few days before the official release date. And of course, if you have any problems/questions just email us!
